New Gargoyle Router cant connect to internet

Bought the router which arrived today and had no problem setting it up. However i cannot connect to the internet through it. I've gone through the "getting started" guide a few times but still have this problem.

I purchased the Gigabit router.

What is your connection mode?

My guess is that the LAN needs to be on a seperate subnet.

DHCP. How would I change the subnet. It's currently the default.

Basically your existing modem or whatever it is that provides your internet needs to end up on a seperate range of IP addresses (called a subnet) to everything on the other side of the Gargoyle.

Then you should be good to go
