installing plugins issue

I tryed to install "Horchata Theme for Gargoyle" from plugins, when i click install, it give me message: "please wait while sittings are apllied", and then nothing installed.


I have noticed that there are tow fields "add name" and "add url" ,, How can i use it and which url i must use or what can i do.


Please help me.
