Now I switched DCHP server on speedport on but limited range just to deliver IP for Gargoyle WAN as static IP.

Now the Speedport is in another network with no direct access from my PC, because IP ranges are different, right?

yes, different subnet

when your PC is connected to the LAN port of the gargoyle router

192.168.2.1 = gargoyle router

192.168.1.1 = speedport router
