Redirect users if quota exceed

Hi
Is it possible to redirect clients, when quota exceed not to login page
but to some custom created page, may be uploaded to router or on some web server in local network ?

you would need to write your own customisation. this is not a feature.
https://lantisproject.com/downloads/gargoylebuilds for the latest releases
