Email Recently Visited Sites ISSUE

The Recently Visited Sites - Tick Mark - for emailing - gets automatically DESELECTED

Although saving after ticking the same, it still gets deselected

i have same behavior

I tick Recently Visited Sites, after that I press save. After refreshing page Recently Visited Sites is disabled.
