I made the mistake of changing the number of allowable connections from 4096 (I think) to something really low.
Now I can't even access the device to change it back. It just keeps timing out and I can't get the internet through it either.
Any ideas on how to change it back??
It is a Asus WL500gP Ver 1
Thanks

Re: Allowable connections changed and no access
I managed to get it fixed, just had to keep reloading each page (about 20 times) to access the router. Won't do that again......

If you only have 16MB of RAM in the device, 1024 - 2048 connections should be fine.
32MB of ram, go 4096 connections.
I also set my timeouts to 180/180
