HTTPS login help

i changed my login setting to https only, saved it and now can't log in via web gui.
I get error connection refused.
Can anyone tell me how to log in now please?

Gargoyle 1.5.9
TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v1

Im using chrome to try to log into it.

ssh into router.

uci commit
reboot

Wen loging in with https you have to type https://192.168.1.1

if it dont work in crome try firefox.
