I've added OpenDNS's servers and selected "Force Clients To Use Router DNS Servers".
Is there anything else that I need to do in order to get OpenDNS working properly with Gargoyle 1.2.1? Thanks.

That should work.
However, you would probably have to add other rules to
prevent people from choosing static IP's and their own DNS.
I know I can have those settings, but if I manually assign
a static IP and put my own DNS servers in there, without adding
any blocking rules, then I can still have internet access.

You may also want to go into the connection/dynamic dns section and configure OpenDNS to be periodically updated with your IP address. Otherwise, if your IP changes, your custom OpenDNS settings will not be used.
