I am using Ubiquiti PicoStationM2's and Ubiquity BulletM2HPs. Both of them come off the shelf with AirOS installed. I have succeeded in updating the firmware to Gargoyle on both of them, and I have also succeeded in creating backup configs for each device.
I will be configuring many of these PicoStations and Bullets with the same exact settings. So currently there are two steps: 1) Update the firmware from AirOS to Gargoyle 2) Upload the configuration settings.
Here is my goal: Be able to extract the firmware and settings from a pre-configured Picostation and a pre-configured Bullet, and then upload that firmware to a brand new PicoStation or Bullet. This would eliminate step two and would only require one step.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Extract Firmware from Router
You should do a custom build. It will take a bit of time to set up and do right but if you're looking to save time you have to spend it somewhere.
