Now after assigning fix IP addresses to the clients and setting up quotas I have another problem. ... as soon as I am in the range of the repeater I get an error message from Viber telling me there is a problem with the connection.

I suspect that your problem is related to the IP address of the Repeater and how your Quota's manage traffic from that IP address (rather than from the IP address of the device using Viber)

At the AVM page I found there is a known issue with the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater 310 which is probably also the same problem I have with Viber.

Only at the German AVM website i found that they provide a workaround with a beta firmware where the problem is fixed. I will try if it works.
