Wrong DNS servers to wireless clients?

Post by Guitar »

I just installed Gargoyle on a WesternDigital N750 router I bought on the cheap. I got it working on my wired connection. However on both my MBP and PS3, I am getting DNS errors. The DNS servers look to be setting as 10.0.1.0 (this is also what it is on my desktop), and I guess the wireless clients do not like that. I have tried setting my ISP's DNS, Google DNS, and tried the 'force clients to use router DNS' option, and nothing seems to fix it. Wired works just fine, wireless does not unless I give it DNS servers (at least on the Mac, Ps3 still doesn't).

Anybody have an idea of what could be up? Here is my status page:

Seems like I solved my own issue...

The WAN subnet was 255.255.240.0 while the LAN was 255.255.255.0, so I switched the LAN subnet and Voila, it worked on my MBP.
