repeater mode not working

and hi to every one .
I have a setup for my wifi network
1. DSL modem with having wifi .
2. Tp link router 5210G As a repeater mode .
both are working fine and no issue .

but I want to connect a third wifi router tl-5210G having installed firmware of gargoyle 1.6.2.
problem is that when I scan for an AP , it found the SSID of the 2nd tp-link 5210g router , it also connected with this one .
also checked two different type mode
1. connect via client bridge mode.
and 2 . connect via WDS mode.
but still problem in repeater mode . plz anyone help me.

So you have primary DSL modem with wifi. You have one Repeater working. You didn't mention if this was using Gargoyle or some other firmware, but hopefully it does not matter. For your second repeater with gargoyle, you are saying when you "scan" you see your FIRST repeater but not the DSL model with wifi?

Just try turning off your first repeater first and see if it makes difference. Also please try 1.7.1 version. I had problems with 1.6.2 as Client Bridge.

Finally, check the wireless "modes" on all devices. e.g. if DSL on N+A, and first repeater on N+G+B, but 2nd repeater not capable of N, that could explain your problem.

hey friend moonlight the TL-WA5210G is a acces point no router (i know it change in gargoyle) which firmware of gargoyle you use for flash this cpe?

i no see it in the firmwares

i have one i want know

the firmware may be work in a TL-WA5110G i think the hardware is the same

LOL. It does have ONE lan port. And as long as gargoyle installed on it, one could use it as a repeater/bridge I would think. Unfortunately it is Wireless G...

you know which firmware of gargoyle are used to flash this TL-WA5210G i think it can work in the TL-WA5110G

i not see it in the firmwares

or maybe that the problem of moonlight ,use a firmware which is no for the TL-WA5210G

I have also been installed ver 1.7.1, but its too much slow , so I have been revert back to downgrade this firmware .

does gargoyle not possible to connect with other ?
