Gargoyle 1.6.2 Rocket-M2 not saving TXPower in bridge mode

I am having a problem with gargoyle 1.6.2 on a Rocket-M2 radio.
The transmit power is not being saved correctly (from basic.sh).
uci and the web interface will save 30dBm (that is the maximum allowed value) regardless of the value that is used for TX power in bridge mode on the bridge_txpower field.

If i manually change the value for uci wireless.radio0.txpower, the web interface is reading back the correct value.
Has anybody already faced this problem?
Is there a simple solution?
