Abnormal Behaviour

Greetings, had my gargoyle setup working fine with QOS exactly how I wanted it over the past few weeks, today it seems to have hit a snag..

Basically I narrowed the problem down to only occuring when my QoS settings are 'on'





Now with these settings disabled I can connect to any website without any hassles, With these settings ENABLED I run into snags such as this



And the weird part is my facebook works (slowly, but works).
Google searches work (Results show, but links will not load once clicked on)

My World of Warcraft client will not connect also, But my EVE online launcher will display news as if the internet is working fine.

Any thoughts will be appreciated!
