I just got my new TP-Link AC-1750 Archer C7 v2. I installed
gargoyle_1.7.0-ar71xx-generic-archer-c7-v2-squashfs-factory.bin from the stock firmware installation. Now I reboot, and I can't connect. ;-(
I've connected it to my computer via the included ethernet. When it boots, various lights go on as if it is doing something useful. But I can't ping it, can't ssh, can't go to http://192.168.1.1
I tried manually configuring sensible IP addresses in my network settings, but to no avail. Am I screwed? Did I do something wrong?
Oh dear, have I bricked my new tp-link C7?

OK, I feel stupid, because I didn't swap the ethernet cable from the WAN port to the output ports, so it works now.

I'm thinking about picking up the C7 v2, how did the flash work out for you?
Are you able to use ac/5GHz band?
