Hi.
I have a TP-Link TL-MR3420 v2 router with gargoyle 1.6.2.
I connected it to a HUAWEI 4G-WI-FI router in in client mode, then in client + AP mode for provide internet access to my homet network.
It works only if the WAN is set to wireless DHCP. When I try to set wireless /fix IP, I don't have internet connection under the 3420 router.
I can reach my 4G router from TP-LINK's network by typing its IP address, but have no internet. I tried it with an 1043nd, and I had the same result.
Any ideas?

DHCP passes along the DNS and the gateway, without using DHCP you need to set those manually in the client.
Use a reserved DHCP instead.
