If you install Gargoyle on this router, you may lose the high-power
option. Currently you can't set the output power signal. It usually
just has the default maximum signal strength.
So, the generic broadcom version may work, but the signal may not
be as strong as you want it to be.
Not sure if Eric is planning on making output power changeable.

Re: Buffalo WHR-HP-G54
Greetings to all.
DoesItMatter thanks for your comments.
I installed the Gargoyle, the file gargoyle_1.1.6-BRCM-2.4-squashfs.trx in Buffalo, what power I'm not worried about the establacido by SSH, but even after restoring the defaults is not connected, detects networks but not connect.
In the WRT54GS V1.1 router works perfectly the Gargoyle.

Re: Buffalo WHR-HP-G54
I would recommend flashing to DD-WRT for now on the
WHR-HP-G54 - it should have tftp auto-recovery if you cannot
access the web interface to flash.
Eric may have to add some new drivers to support the
Broadcom 53xx series chipset.
Maybe he'll have this updated in a newer version?
