I have no idea why It's not working. Have you tried restoring to default settings?

Not done that actually, would it be best to do it via the web interface or to telnet in and erase nvram? Not done much in terms of resetting before on OpenWRT/Gargoyle.n0pin wrote:I have no idea why It's not working. Have you tried restoring to default settings?

You can use web interface to restore to default settings.

Right, I did a factory reset as you said, and to start off with I am able to ping myself from a remote machine.
I quickly did all of my usual settings on the router and gave it a restart, and after that the pings aren't working again.
So I've disabled settings one by one to see what caused it, and I've found it out the DMZ setting. When it's enabled, I cannot ping my router remotely.
