Seconded
I would love to see this mod integrated within the firmware.

The official firmware is severly lacking in other departments so i'd much rather stay loyal to Gargoyle.

*Update*
This still works and is still valid for Gargoyle 1.6.1
If you need other channels, max power output, etc.
Apply the reghack utility - read this whole thread!

Howdy DoesItMatter!
Thanks for the heads up.. I've just found Gargoyles firmware... and I liked it ! Finally something to kiss dd-wrt good-bye
Anyway, I've tried the registry hack without any success...
I've got this messages from my TP-Link 1043ND v1.8 running Gargoyles 1.6.1

Any tips or help?
Thanks in advance... Channel 13 is allowed here in Brazil.. and my Gargoyle only allow me to choose from channel 1 to 7? Is that right?

Re: Allow Channels 12,13,14 based on country (*MOD*)
I got the same error as edu above, also using Gargolye 1.6.1 on TP-Link TR-WR741ND. I really would like to use Channel 12 and 13, so if anybody could help us, I would appreciate it a lot!
Re: Allow Channels 12,13,14 based on country (*MOD*)
maybe you just chose the wrong version.
in http://luci.subsignal.org/~jow/reghack/README.txt one can learn that the version you tried is only for the trunk versions of BB.
AFAIK Garyole is based on OpenWRT 12.09, so you could try the version in /old/ from the link above and see if this helps.

Could somebody tell me where can I find this hack or an image with this hack build in for WDR 4300 1.7 and WR1043N/ND v1 and v2.
Thank you very very much
