Problem flashing TL-WDR3600

HI Forum,

If have arouter TL- WDR3600, HW v1 (brand new).
Flashed them with version 1.61 (gargoyle_1.6.1-ar71xx-generic-tl-wdr3600-v1-squashfs-factory.bin).
After flashing and restarting, I'm not able to connect to the router.
Tried to ping 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.12 and several other IPs I've found her in the forum. My privatge network range is 192.168.0.x / 255.255.255.0.
Status of the LEDS after powercycle:
PowerLED: ON
Star LED (right to Power LED): first flashing for approx. 85s then going ot permanent ON
Network LED (fourth from right side): starts blinking after 3-4s, (showing network traffic)

Network switch seems to work: connected one of the 4 LAN ports of the WDR3600 to my net, connected laptop to other LAN port of router, => laptop is able to get IP from my DHCP in local net.

Any help is very welcome !

The router is working !
The problem sat in front of the keyboard
Rootcause was an incompatible network configuration.
