Hi,
I have a WNDR-3700 v1 with Gargoyle installed with around 20 clients using the network. Three wifi access points via powerline and wifi from the router, different SSIDs.
Some clients have a fixed ip-address, others dhcp-leases. Some of them are complaining about stability issues, dropping connections and long waits (+1 minute) for restoring the connection again.
The users with problems have several things in common:
- it seems that only those with no fixed ip-address complain (but I am not sure for my experience is that not everybody complains about issues)
- those without fixed ip-address are a different category of users in the QOS settings
- they are physically somewhat further from the access points.
Right now, I suspect that something goes wrong with the DHCP server.
The system log shows (for lots of users) constant DHCP-messages. Like this (I picked out one user)

What could go wrong here (or how can I track down the reason for this error) and how to solve it?
DHCP range is from 160-249 with 4 hrs lease time. Fixed ip-adresses are either between 2-150 or 250 and higher so there should not be any conflict.
Thanks in advance,
Sjoerd
