Plugins not showing

Hey guys,
Approximately 24horus ago I've notice that the plugins/themes list is not being populated, under plugins.
I have 3 routers (Buffalo, TP-Link, Asus) and the symptoms are the same.
Is it a server issue, or is something wrong on my side.
