Monitoring

Hello - I hopefully won't ask a too noobie of a question here, but I was looking into finding a way to monitor or log what is being passed through my internet connection. Specifically, trying to maybe "overparent" a bit, but I am wondering if the logging capabilities with Gargoyle can log all keystrokes sent through the router? Not only monitor which sites they are on, but also to see what messages they are sending on Facebook, etc.

Can a router with Gargoyle perform this function?
