Connection Limits TP Link TL-WR 740N ver 1.4 and 1.9

Post by copper »

I have a TL- WR 740N ver 1.4 and ver 1.9, Gargoyle Version:1.5.11
Model:TP-Link TL-WR740N/ND v1 , I noticed that sometimes likes to clog and stops working plan and did not respond to ping . It is proposed , if possible enter the tab connlimits.sh

Connection Limits
Max Connections : (max 16384 )
TCP timeout : seconds (max 3600 )
UDP timeout : seconds (max 3600 )

You can enter a larger and richer options :
TCP default timeout 300-600 is optimally while the UDP timeout 120

It is described here in :
https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/docs/DOC-3785

Session timeout

TCP default timeout: 3600 secs
TCP session timeout before SYN- ACK received : 5 secs
TCP session timeout before 3-way handshaking : 10 secs
TCP session timeout after FIN / RST : 30 secs
UDP default timeout: 30 secs
Default ICMP timeout: 6 secs
Other IP default timeout: 30 secs
Captive Portal session timeout: 30 secs

Session timeout in discard state:
TCP: 90 secs , UDP : 60 secs , other IP protocols : 60 secs

http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Router_Slowdown

This is a very good option for a large amount of P2P .

I would gladly tested these options on my router.
I have internet Download / Upload 55/8 , working with QOS .

Please contact or information . Sorry for errors in spelling , my English is poor .
