1.5.11 Cannot login to router 192.168.1.1

After flashing my router, all wireless is working and all computers are online.

BUT, I cannot logon the router management screen at 192.168.1.1 anymore.
SSH works fine…

On Mac 10.7.5 in Safari or Firefox.

use "failsafe" to reset your router

It seems that a common cure for gargoyle issues is "go to fail safe." Is this the standard solution or just if the normal procedures fail.

I have installed a preloaded gargoyle router and set it up to limit bandwidth. It seems to be working. I did not enable internet access.

Now I want to adjust the settings, but when I disconnect the router from the satellite modem and reconnect to my computer, I do not get a response at 192.168.1.1. Should I be able to get back in without recourse to "fail safe" mode? If not, are there clear, non-Linux instructions for getting back in via fail safe?

Is it possible to adjust settings without starting all over again?

i think you are using original files not ispy files ... there were an error Eric fixet it (problem is when you are using chrome or another webkit browser .... please use ispy build from http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=14 or youse IE or FF .. not newest opera or chrome on webkit)
