TPLink WDR3600 Network Problem

Post by howser99 »

Hi All,

Recently installed gargoyle on this router. All has been working pretty fine, but came across a strange issues yesterday.

I had set our old windows xp fileserver as a static IP address in gargoyle. all seemed to be working fine for a day or two, then suddenly yesterday it went offline - I couldnt ping it, and it couldnt ping anything either. I tried different network cables, flushing dns, rebuilding ip stack but it still didnt work. It was getting the ip address, but couldnt do anything with it.

Anyways, I tried a new network card and low and behold it started to work. So I threw out the old one, and set the new one as static again. And guess what? Dropped off the network and couldt ping / be pinged. Any ideas?

There is a bug that Eric is working on that might be related?
