New setup to control bandwidth

Hey,

Our house is full of leeches, I'm looking for a new router that
Limits bandwidth. Our current setup is the main DSL modem inside extending to our LAN shed outside by Ethernet to a hub that has 5 PCs connected. We are upgrading to 8mbit.

What would be a suitable router that would support gargoyle.

Any help would be appreciated!

I am using a netgear WNDR3800 for the same purpose and it has worked fine.
