Port forwarding over double nat for ftp remote access

i want to know how to do port forwarding with double nat configuration for Access usb share from a remote location over FTP.inside LAN everything working perfectly,


my dsl modem+router is = D - link DSL 2500u
my gargoyle router is = TP link 1043ND with gargoyle 1.5.10

My friend told me enable DMZ. but i have no idea about what is DMZ and what it do

can you guys pleas help me in this situation

you friend is on the right track

you haven't given us enough information

what is the IP subnet of your DSL router e.g. 192.168.10.1

what is the IP subnet of your gargoyle router e.g. 192.168.1.1

If they are the same that will be your first problem to fix
