Very slow buggy Ethernet on OSX

Post by betatester »

I just connected my OSX 10.7.5 MacBook via Ethernet. The connection seems to be very slow and buggy. The browser takes ages to load pages, and times out as well as complains of unable to connect. The same router with 1.5.9 Gargoyle is perfect on Windows 7 side.

What"s happening on the Mac side anybody???

The Ethernet is just fine if I use the stock firmware, so I think this happens with Gargoyle...

Thanks !

I just tested a Mac Mini with 10.7.5 & Safari (don't know which version).

Gargoyle 1.5.9+ (just before 1.5.10) works fine
Gargoyle 1.5.10+ (admittedly with a number of changes) works fine

And my regular 10.6.8 machine performs similarly.
TP-Link WDR3600 v1.1 running 1.5.10+ L10n-English (Built 20130922 - OpenWrt r38093)
