Hi ispyisail,
Thank you for your reply.
After much wrestling with the wifi, i was able to get 1.5.9 to work.
However, I am still able to use a proxy software to surf the internet from a machine hardwired to the router.

Second question, is there a way to see if someone is using a proxy server in gargoyle? Thanks again.

Stupid questions but -

1) are you using opendns dns servers for your router?
2) have you set up the dyndns client to register your ip address with opendns?
3) On opendns have you blocked proxy servers?

(For opendns above substitute another suitable service that blocks sites)

Just forcing the clients to use the routers dns servers wont block proxy sites by itself.
