Any custom build with hfs+ support??

I am desperately seeking a build that has hfs+ support in it. I am having difficulty building on my Mac.... and am also somewhat clueless how to add patches.

Ahem...also need ntfs to stay in there! :)

I have a WZR-HP-G300NH2, an ar71xx machine....
