I just flashed Gargoyle 1.5.10 on my TP-Link 1043ND v. 1.8 using the latest boot loader with the Gargoyle factory image and using it as Gateway.
With the default Gargoyle settings my LAN and WAN MAC addresses are the same.
example
LAN MAC: 00:00:00:00:C0:11
WAN MAC: 00:00:00:00:C0:11
and the correct should be:
LAN MAC: 00:00:00:00:C0:11
WAN MAC: 00:00:00:00:C0:12
My ISP is identifying my PC / Router over the MAC address so if I'm not using the correct MAC address I'm not able to get Internet access.
I have managed to "fix" this by using the Use Custom MAC Address option and setting the correct WAN MAC address but I have not had this problem with the previous Gargoyle versions.
Other problem or small bug like mentioned from other user is that when I press the QSS button the wireless is not turning off and on like it normally should, instead the router is rebooting.
I have done hard reset but is is the same.
Everything else is working fine for now and the wireless is solid.
Please Eric or someone else more experienced replay.
Thanks for all the hard work.

This is a hardware issue with the TL-WR1043ND 1.8+
See the OpenWRT page above for info.
Not a Gargoyle issue.

Thanks for your answer.
The QSS button problem still remains to be fixed in the future build.
