It updates the time and time mac filtering

Hello good, I installed this firmware on a Comtrend HG-536 +.
Currently I have contracted with a fiber optic router Hitron CDE-30364.
What I do is put this router attached to Hitron through the ethernet port, and I act as a "second" wifi. So in this "second" wifi, have enabled mac filtering by time, ie can only be connected to such a time in such and such a day.
I managed to get that "second" wifi enabled and it works. But the time and date are not the actual date and time set com 01/02/70 02:52 (two hours and 52 minutes has been on the router, if I turn it off puts 0:00). For what I want this I have to run correctly.
And secondly, to make mac filtering by day and time, do I have to do for Quotas? 'Before I assign the same IP address each MAC to make the quotas?
The Hitron wifi but I will not know the key that no wifi.
