QOS super noob

ok i got gargoyle up and running a couple of days ago and i am extremely happy with it. i got quotas set and everything but this qos is really confusing. like i have upnp setup and my xbox takes advantage of this, but i would like to limit my xbox to certain bandwidth(but i dont think i need to) but never the less i want the best connection i can have. the xbox does have a open nat type most of the time. I have read that turning on qos can reduce ping and i know there is a ping option. Now my question is i go to the page and its has soo much stuff on it, i just wanna have my xbox get the best connection when its on, do i delete all the other things. i cant seem to find a example setup of an xbox, do any of you have this setup

I am a XBOX user. I attach the setup I use and recommend for you. It depends on assigning a fixed IP address to your XBOX.
