Support for Linksys E2000 / WRT320N

Post by srs »

Any chance we could get a custom build for the Linksys E2000 / WRT320N? I think it is supported by OpenWRT, but some patches / configuration changes have to be made.

See: http://www.znau.edu.ua/temp/asus-rt-n16 ... README.txt

and https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php ... 31#p181431

You'll have to wait for official support from OpenWRT

There are 1000's of routers out there

It would require too much effort to make compiles/update patches
for individual routers.

Try and compile your own vanilla OpenWRT builds

This takes a while and generates many different files/firmwares

2x Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH V1 A0D0 = Gargoyle 1.9.x / LEDE 17.01.x
2x Engenius - ESR900 Stock 1.4.0 / OpenWRT Trunk 49400

Hi there!
Right now you can get the E2000 for $80. 200ft is quite a distance for inside a building not sure if you don't need a second router to work as a bridge repeater to up the range especially for gaming.
