Bridge multiple VMs directly to router

Post by marvinandro »

I'm having challenges running gargoyle_1.5.5-ar71xx-wndr3700 and making my VMs bridge directly to the router's network (NAT works fine).
They do get an IP but the Win7x64 VM says - No Internet and I can only tracert to 192.168.1.1 (my gargoyle address). At the moment, I'm using Fusion 4 on a Mac host.
If I use my phone's mobiel wi-fi, both the Mac host and the VMs inside get IPs just fine.

Any setting on Gargoyle that prevents multiple IPs bound to a single WiFi host with multiple VMs on it all setup to Bridge?

TIA,
Marv

I got my old wrt54g out of the basement, installed dd-wrt, the same VM can bridge fine to my home network. it all points now to either Gargoyle firmware/settings of Linksys vs Netger.
bump... anyone? please

No one else here runs VMs in a network bridged mode? Any feedback is welcome, regardless if that works for you or not. Thanks, Marv :geek:

Just FYI, everything works fine on 1.5.8 now.
