Access Restriction Problem wndr3700

I just installed v.1.4.7 on my wndr3700 router.
Everything seemed to install ok.
Computers are able to connect, etc.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Access Restrictions to work.
I create a restriction rule.
Save the changes, but the rule does not take effect.
I have even reset the router, but nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Eric has made a patch for a problem that sounds similar to this one?

I just installed 1.5.7 on a WNDR3700v2 and I have exactly the same problem. Restrictions do not work at all. Just set up an entry to Block All Hosts, All Day, Every day and I'm happily connected to this forum.

Everything else I have tested seems to work fine.

O-Oh - My bad

I also set up one IP exception in the white list, but after typing in the IP address I forgot to hit the add button. So what I got was an exception for All Hosts, All Day, Every Day.

That was a great way to nullify all restrictions.

I find that i frequently forget to hit that add button, will get used to it eventually. all good now.
