Is there a way to limit bandwith to a certain computer on my network? So, my downstairs neighbors asked me if they could steal some of our wireless internet until they get theirs set up. Being nice, I said sure and gave them the password to our network. Since then, my internet has been sub-par and I was wondering if there was a way to prioritize the bandwith to a certain computer on our network, or limit it to theirs.
