I tested on TL-WR1043ND is working good job, but I don't know how to configure OpenVPN please help, thanks

can you describe the set-up you require, there are many different scenario's

I need setup the VPN server in my working place, so I can use VPN client in other place access internal software and use my working place's IP access web and some software required my working place's IP, Thx

With OpenVPN it works as "server" and "client"

you an have "router to router" or "router to PC" with this model

Assuming your work is your "openVPN Server" does it have fixed or Dynamic IP address

are you using PPPoE or PPPoA at your work

are you using another firewall at your work? (excluding the one on your DSL router)

better to be "router to PC" model
