Why do you think system irq requests of 25% are high? You want to see a high sirq, try copying a very large file between two wireless clients connected to you AP.

I am not aware of any table that can tell us what "Normal" is for your router.
You did not say what your upload speed was or what the test conditions are so your report will not be of much use to other owners of your router either. If you could add some more information perhaps others would be interested in your observations.

On the DIR-825, iptable setting in the iptable-save.txt.tar.bz2.
if NAS has 10Mb download speed, DIR-825 Sirq on the 25%-28% between.
