New Gargoyle Home Router - Can't configure Restrictions

Just took delivery on my first Gargoyle brand router. Got everything configured fine except for Access Restrictions. I can create a rule, but only see 4 lines of data. No fields for specifying what the rule does, just who/when it applies to.

If I edit the rule after creation, I get a new window and momentarily see a bunch of additional fields, which appear to be all the fields I am needing to specify what the rule does. However, the fields vanish off my screen in less than a second. The window does NOT close, but just the top fields remain, down the the CLOSE AND APPLY CHANGES etc. line.

What is up with that? I tried Firefox 3.6.23 and IE 8.

Wait. I see. Only the restriction you configured is exposed. By default everything is blocked.
