Gargoyle 1.2.5 firmware brick

Broadcom 5354 failed during firmware upgrade and can not get in. Can ping it but reset does not work and tried several suggestions on other site. I downloaded WinPcap; Fon Flash; and the Broadcom 1.2.5 trx firmware. Eveything is set up in FonFlash. I using DD-WRT, Interface is my Gargoyle router, not my computer?, firmware path is in Root. Flash it but no packets are sent and it says it can not find the path. Is the netwwork interface the router or my XP computer. Please help, this is my second gargoyle and the first one is fine. Any suggestions.

This utility only works for Atheros 23xx based devices usually
that have a Redboot environment

For Broadcom devices, you usually recover via TFTP or Serial console.

Check the DD-WRT wiki's / forums for info to recover your device

It's probably not bricked, just bad flash and boots to an error
