Sorry for the problems with chrome.. but I'm still trying to figure out how to reproduce them. I upgraded to the latest version of chrome on Ubuntu 11.04 this morning (what DoesItMatter is using), but I'm still not seeing the bug show up. The version of Chrome that I'm trying is 12.0.742.91 (87961).
I definitely want to get this fixed ASAP... so I'll keep trying to reproduce it, but I'm scratching my head right now.
For people using Chrome and seeing this bug, can you please confirm that hitting ctrl-F5 in chrome to reload the cache doesn't make a difference?

Re: New Site Design
Just slammed ctrl-f5 a few times over here and it seems to have fixed things. Since it was the first time that I saw the new layout, didn't thought that the cache could have been an issue. All is fine here, nice work on the new layout!!
Re: New Site Design
On the second Ctrl-F5 my layout also improved. Weird.
