wrt1900acs file worked fine. I'm now on Gargoyle 1.12.0.

Thank you Lantis and ispyisail - Yes - a little Google on Openwrt found this link: https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/linksys/linksys_wrt1900acs_v1 which confirms that I should use the wrt1900acs file (for both v1 and v2). I'll give that a go tomorrow. But might be a good idea to fix that Wiki page :) T...

Which says that for the 1900ACSv2 to use the wrt1900acv2 file.
But maybe that page is incorrect / out of date.
