Lantis,
I've seen some refurbs ACS units around for not-unreasonable prices. If I pick one up I'll let you know how it does.

Re: Time Warp: Crash 1 minute after boot from bwmon_gargoyle
Lantis,
Thanks.
I updated the thread title to put "Time Warp" in it.
Now I'm humming to myself "Let's do the time warp again!"
Thanks.

Re: Gargoyle on Linksys WRT1900ACS?
Lantis,
I'm wondering what kind of performance I could expect on the WRT1900ACS with a few QoS rules enabled.
With Qos enabled, my Archer C7 drops to around 60Mb/s.
My internet link was recently upgraded to 150Mb/s so I have a problem...

Time Warp: Crash 1 minute after boot from bwmon_gargoyle
Hello folks. Yesterday I started getting yelled at by my loving family because their internet was going up and down. (mostly down) The webui showed no uptime more than one minute before it went away and I had to log in again. Using ssh, I got into the box and looked around. Logs up to about the 43 s...

Window oddity when editing quotas
When editing quotas, I have a new window pop open and some stuff appears... and then it almost instantly is refreshed to different contents. This is the "Edit Quotas" window and it has the save/discard buttons at the bottom. If I then reload this window, I see an edit quotas window with th...

Can not save download throttles unless upload qos enabled
Hi, I was trying to set and save download quotas. (no need for upload) If I was shutting down the internet, it worked okay. If I was trying to throttle instead, it wasn't saving. It said everything was fine, but the throttle values were not saved. Hmm. I poked and prodded and pondered for a while wi...

Re: Quotas causing reboots on C7 with 1.9.x
Sorry for the delay in getting back.
I set up a few QoS download classes, and they seem to be throttling correctly.
These are nothing fancy - just maximum bandwidth for specific hosts.
But they work and no crashes.

A throttle speed number.
E.G. 50 MB per day then 50 kbps up/down thereafter.

Quotas causing reboots on C7 with 1.9.x
Hi. I'd been posting on this problem on another thread "WDR36000 and random reboots", but as neither of those now apply I've started a new one here. I started on a WDR3600, I've now moved to an Archer C7 and the reboots are not at all random. After disabling quotas, the router was up witho...
