This is my teenager's computer. He is running bluestacks -- an android emulator. He is also using proxy's before I find them and block them. It is difficult to know what to block when I only see IP addresses without domain names or URLs.

I think the problem is fixed now by enabling QoS, configuring a download QoS class with a max-bandwidth limit, and configuring quotas to use this QoS class when the download limit is exceeded.

Are these servers safe?
The web monitor is showing many servers identified by IP address only. How can I determine whether these are safe?
