Looks like flashing down firmware to ver. 1.4.7 solved internet drops,or it was DHCP drops on CLIENT + AP situation.Works all day without single problem for now.I see lot of problems on the forum with 1.6.2 version,is it possible that it is unstable ?

Same here,Gargoyle 1.6.2 on TPlink tl-wr941nd configured as CLIENT+AP connecting wireless to Cisco modem,wireless router. Internet works but drops after random time,sometimes simple 'windows troubleshoot problems' works but sometimes i have to restart TPlink. Moving away IP of second and first route...
