Hello,

I have installed the mini_snmp package to my WNDR3700 running gargoyle. snmpwalk does not work and when starting the /etc/init.d/mini_snmp, it just hangs there.

Any insight is appreciated.

I put it in but i dont know if it works. It didnt brick my router. I tried tailoring my QoS rules from the web gui to this guide but I dont think it works as well as implementing it straight into the iptables config.

So i guess no one knows how to merge this idea into iptables?

Hello, I am looking at this link: http://phix.me/dm/ and I would like to implement it in the gargoyle firewall.user file. Is this possible to do if I just copy and past it in? How will I know that the router has accepted the config?

I am always looking to tweak my QoS settings to get a better setup. I am wondering what everyone elses setups look like who use Gargoyle firmware.

The state is in IDLE but the speed is still set 1-2mpbs lower. I have a DSL connection tested at 12.2 mpbs. Is this normal to lose this amount of B/W from ACC?

Oh okay thanks for clearing that up. I''ve just never seen the state change from INIT.

I have tried using the open dns server for the ping target and attached them to the post. I noticed that when ACC is turned on my donload speed drops about a full 1 mbit/s there is currently no load on my network so I dont get why it would drop it down. http://www.speedtest.net/result/3174872046.png...

I have noticed when enabling ACC the ping time shows 800ms, is this a bug? When i do a speed test, my ping is usually 10ms. I am using the latest version of gargoyle on a WNDR3700v1. Please see the attached photo.
