Just updated my aging wndr3700v1 for a new v4. I'd love to see Gargoyle support for it in the future.

Sue, do u know which version of this router that u have? In my case I have v1. I had to go back to stock firmware for the time being. Ddwrt firmware does the same thing. No WAN/Internet ip can be pulled. Edit: never mind I see in your picture u have the v2. So far this problem has been only reported...

Try to downgrade to the oldest stock firmware you can find for your v2 and then try my trick again.

Just rename the gargoyle firmware img to mimic the stock firmware filename and it should work fine..

Open command prompt. tftp -i 192.168.1.1 put WNDR3700-V1.0.78.9.img Substitute the name of the image file with the one u have.
