Did you use openvpn as a server and did you actually connect a client to the router? It's only after a couple of minutes after I've connected an openvpn client that my router goes down. You got a more powerful router, it might be a ram issue. I'm running as a server and no problems with connecting ...

I noticed a previous comment about 1.5.7 being unstable on a WNDR3800 however I can report no problems in my case - I've no TOR or QoS set up but I am using OpenVPN. Not sure if it was necessary, I did do a 30 30 30 reset before upgrading.

OpenVPN with bridge TAP interface
Small request is for the ability to do bridge OpenVPN connections. Being that this does introduce increased over head, even if this was only available via the console - with a short guide on how to do this (I've tried and failed
